Refund & Returns Policy

1. Your Right to Return

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights (as retained in UK law), you have the right to cancel your order and return goods within 14 calendar days of receiving your delivery, without giving any reason.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order:

Please provide your name, phone number used to place the order, and the reason for return (optional). We will confirm return instructions within 2 working days.

3. Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging where possible.
• Opened or partially used products may be subject to a reduced refund where value has been diminished.
• Items must be returned within 14 days of your cancellation notice.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days of us receiving the returned item and verifying its condition. Refunds are issued by the same payment method used for the original purchase. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned: items that have been unsealed after delivery where the seal is broken (for health protection purposes), in line with Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 Regulation 28(3)(b).

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.
